By accessing and using Quick Bookmark, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Quick Bookmark is a social bookmarking platform that allows users to:
- Save and organize web links
- Add titles, descriptions, and tags to bookmarks
- Search and filter saved bookmarks
- Share bookmarks publicly via unique URLs
This is a free demonstration service provided "as is" without any guarantees.
You agree to:
- ✓ Use the service lawfully and responsibly
- ✓ Provide accurate information
- ✓ Respect intellectual property rights
- ✓ Not submit malicious or harmful content
- ✓ Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the service
- ✓ Not use automated tools to spam bookmarks
- ✓ Not save illegal, offensive, or harmful content
You may NOT save or share bookmarks containing:
- ❌ Illegal content or links to illegal activities
- ❌ Malware, viruses, or phishing sites
- ❌ Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- ❌ Pornographic or adult content (unless clearly marked)
- ❌ Copyrighted material without permission
- ❌ Private or confidential information
- ❌ Spam, scams, or misleading content
- ❌ Content that violates others' rights
Violation may result in immediate content removal and potential legal action.
All bookmarks are PUBLIC by default:
- Anyone can view your saved bookmarks
- Each bookmark has a public URL
- Bookmarks appear in search results and sitemap
- Search engines will index your bookmarks
⚠️ Do NOT save sensitive, private, or confidential information!
Your Content:
You retain ownership of bookmarks, descriptions, and tags you submit. However, by submitting content, you grant Quick Bookmark:
- A worldwide, non-exclusive license to display your content
- Permission to include your content in sitemaps and feeds
- Rights to cache and distribute content via CDN
Our Content:
The site design, code, and original content are owned by @ahliseoindexer and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.
IMPORTANT: This is a demonstration platform with temporary storage:
- Bookmarks are stored in server memory (RAM)
- Data may be lost during restarts, updates, or crashes
- We do NOT guarantee data persistence or backups
- You are responsible for backing up important bookmarks
- We are NOT liable for any data loss
Use this service for demonstration purposes only!
We reserve the right to:
- Remove any content that violates these terms
- Suspend or terminate access without notice
- Modify or discontinue the service at any time
- Block users who abuse the platform
You can delete your own bookmarks at any time using the delete function.
- No Warranty: Service provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- External Links: We are not responsible for external website content
- Availability: No guarantee of uptime or availability
- Accuracy: No guarantee of metadata accuracy or completeness
- User Content: We do not endorse or verify user-submitted content
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Quick Bookmark and its operators shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the service
- Data loss or corruption
- Unauthorized access to your content
- Errors, bugs, or interruptions
- Third-party content or links
- Any other matter relating to the service
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quick Bookmark and @ahliseoindexer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Content you submit
- Violation of these terms
- Violation of any laws or third-party rights
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
